TIG: Welding

TIG / 141 Welding

(Tungsten Inert Gas) welding is a type of arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to create the weld. This method is commonly used for welding thin sections of stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. It offers a high degree of control over the weld and produces high-quality welds.

Stick: Welding

SMAW / Stick Welding

Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) or stick, is a popular welding process that uses a flux-coated consumable electrode (stick) to create the weld. The electrode consists of a core wire that provides the filler metal for the weld and a flux coating that shields the weld pool from atmospheric contamination.

Mig: Welding

MAG / MIG 136, 135 Welding

(Metal Active Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding are often used interchangeably, though there are some technical differences. Both processes involve using a wire electrode to create a weld. The numbers such as 136 and 135 typically refer to the welding wire classification standards, indicating specific characteristics of the wire like tensile strength and chemical composition.
